RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we are confident that our items will not disappoint you, this is simply in case something goes wrong. To assure your complete happiness with your purchase, our dedicated Quality Control (Q&C) staff performs thorough inspections before shipping every goods. As a result, we have a stringent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or style preferences. Each piece is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

⏱️ Return Timeline (Damage Cases Only)

       Damaged Products Only
       Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged. You must provide an           unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to verify the damage claim.

  • Inform within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be returned within 5 days of approval

        How to Return (Damaged Items)

  1. Inform: Email us at contact@beesandblings.com within 48 hours with the unboxing video and providing the order ID and video
  2. Return: Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the order was damaged during transit or if wrong product is shipped.                                                                      

    .You must submit us an unboxing video with no edits or editing; the video should include the opening of the mailing package till the defect is clearly visible as proof of a damaged or wrong product. Failure to follow this guideline may result in the denial of return requests.     

    .Once approved, ship the product in original packaging within 48 hours. You bear the shipping cost.If you receive a defective product from us, you may be entitled to return it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     .Please Note - All handcrafted jewelry vary in size and shape with minor color difference, no two pieces are same and there won't be any exchange offered for the same.                                                                                                                        . . Once our jewelry has been delivered, any damage or breakage caused thereafter is not the responsibility of Bees & Blings. However, if the piece is fixable, customers may send it to us (courier charges borne by the customer), and we’ll be happy to assist with repairs after confirming feasibility in advance.                                                                                      

    How does the return/exchange process work?
    When we receive a return/exchange request, our Quality Control Team will analyze it and, if eligible, approve the goods for return.

    If your product is accepted for return, you may return it in the same condition you received it: unworn and in its original packing. You must ship it back to the specified address within 48 hours of the return request being approved.
    Our Quality Control (Q&C) team will further proceed and check for the issue mentioned on approval will walk you through the required processes to guarantee a seamless return. Please follow the instructions to ensure that the products are poperly wrapped and dispatched.
    We will replace the returned item with a new one. If the product is out of stock, you may select another item from our selection. Please be aware that we do not provide refund or store credit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • COD orders require phone confirmation before dispatch.
  • Prepaid cancellations: 

    🔹 Order Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change!

    • Orders can be cancelled within 6-8 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.with deduction of 5% payment gateway charges
    • For COD orders: Non acceptance of cod orders for any reason after call confirmation, cod facility will be bared for next any order.

     

Deductions:

  • ₹250 deducted for non-accepted prepaid orders (shipping costs).
  • ₹125 deducted if free shipping was applied to the original order.
  • Payment gateway failure cases → 5% deduction applicable
  • Token amount (₹250) is non-refundable for cancelled/unaccepted COD orders.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Inform us within 48 hours and return within 5 days.
  • Damaged/used items without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
  • Only one coupon code can be used per order.

THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE :

  • Package lost in shipment sent by you .
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size dimensions guides carefully before making a purchase).
  • Incorrect delivery address and failed delivery attempt twice or unreachable on calls by our courier agent which will lead to package being shipped back to us , In that case you will have to bear the shipping charges again. 
  • If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged in any way.
  • Minor variations in color & design of the jewelry.
