Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Bees and Blings

At Bees and Blings, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience. Each product undergoes strict quality checks and is securely packed before dispatch. We request customers to review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment & Shipping Benefits

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges:

Free for orders above โ‚น2000

โ‚น60 for orders below โ‚น2000

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged products.
  • and in case of change of mind, dislike, or styling preferences are accepted with exchange only.

To raise a damage claim:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Prepaid Orders โ€“ RTO / Non-Acceptance

In case a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer and is returned to our warehouse (RTO):

  • A flat deduction of โ‚น250 will be applied towards forward and reverse logistics
  • The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit (coupon code)
  • No refund will be processed to the original payment method

Please note: Any prepaid discount applied at checkout is already adjusted in the final paid amount and is non-refundable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are confirmed prior to dispatch
  • In case of repeated non-acceptance of COD orders, Bees and Blings reserves the right to restrict COD services for future orders.

5. Refund Mode

  • All eligible refunds are issued in the form of a coupon code via email
  • The coupon code is valid for lifetime from the date of issuance
  • Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to bank accounts.

6. Additional Deductions (If Applicable)

  • For orders where shipping charges were waived, a โ‚น125 shipping fee may be deducted during refund processing
  • In case of duplicate prepaid transactions or payment failures, a 5% payment gateway charge may be deducted

7. Return Eligibility Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns without proper proof or with damaged/used products will not be accepted
  • Products must be shipped back within 48 hours of return approval.

8. Damaged Product Resolution

If a product is received in a damaged condition and verified through the unboxing video:

  • A replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
  • A full store credit (coupon code) will be issued.

9. Coupon Code Usage

  • Only one coupon code can be used per order
  • Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
  • Orders placed using coupon codes are not eligible for additional promotional offers

Damaged Product Received:ย 

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost love andย  care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

  1. Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at team contact@beesandblings.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours.ย 

  2. Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, customer has to ship back the product to us at their responsibility, andย  and should reach back to us in 48 hours.ย 

  3. Resolution: Once theproduct reaches back to usย  we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.
