SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA
Bees and Blings ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Bees and Blings orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur addtional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
Shipping within India:
Unavailable at the time of delivery or Invalid shipping address the courier will be returned back to our Warehouse. It will be only resend once confirmed on email or on WhatsApp from our team, shipping will be charged separately.
Prepaid & COD policies: "Bees and Blings offers Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a cash-handling charge applies. Please note that COD orders require confirmation via phone call before dispatch, and a non-refundable token amount of ₹250 may be collected to secure the order." Cash-handling charges apply to COD orders, which require phone confirmation before dispatch."

At Bees & Blings by Maahi Jewelz, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or need an exchange, we're here to help.
1. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- The product is received damaged or defective.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- There is a genuine sizing issue (where applicable).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, clear product photographs, and an uninterrupted unboxing video from opening the sealed package until the issue is clearly visible.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, pouches, invoices, and accessories.
Failure to report the issue within 24 hours may result in the request being declined.
2. How to Request an Exchange

Our Quality Check Team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the parcel.
- The product must be dispatched within 48 hours after approval.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange.
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
- Another product of equal value
- Store Credit valid for 12 months
4. Shipping Charges
First Exchange
The shipping cost for the first approved exchange is borne by us.
Second Exchange (Same Order)
For any additional exchange on the same order:
- Customer must ship the product back at their own expense.
- Shipping charges for the replacement parcel will be applicable (approximately ₹100–₹150 depending upon location).
5. Store Credit
Where applicable, store credit:
- Will be issued for the amount actually paid after discounts.
- Will remain valid for 12 months.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be combined with any ongoing promotional offers or discount coupons.
6. Orders Purchased Using Discount Coupons
If your order was placed using any coupon code or promotional discount:
- Exchange or store credit will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original MRP.
Example:
If the product price is ₹2,000 and you paid ₹1,900 after discount, your exchange/store credit value will be ₹1,900.
7. Orders with Free Gifts or Promotional Offers
For orders that include:
- Free Gifts
- Buy X Get Y Offers
- Bundle Offers
- Festival Promotions
Exchange values will be calculated after proportionately adjusting the promotional discount across all products.
Additional discounts or promotional offers cannot be applied on exchanged products.
8. Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds except in the following situations:
- A prepaid order is officially declared Lost in Transit by the courier partner.
- A prepaid order cannot be delivered due to a non-serviceable location or natural calamity and remains undelivered beyond 15 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
9. Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Orders
Orders may be cancelled:
- Within 6 hours of placing the order, or
- Before dispatch (whichever occurs first).
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting:
- 5% Payment Gateway Charges
- Applicable shipping charges (if already incurred)
COD Orders
- Every COD order is verified before dispatch.
- If a confirmed COD order is refused or not accepted, future COD facility may be restricted.
- Any advance token amount collected for COD bookings is non-refundable.
10. Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Clearance Sale products
- Flash Sale products
- Festival Offer purchases
- Customized products
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Minor colour or finish variations due to photography or screen settings
- Exchange requests raised after 24 hours
- Products returned without prior approval
11. Important Guidelines
Please note:
- Product availability is subject to stock.
- Replacement products may vary slightly due to handcrafted finishing.
- Processing time may increase during festivals, sale events, or public holidays.
- We reserve the right to decline exchange requests if the returned product does not meet our quality inspection standards.
- Any exceptional requests, delayed claims, or cases not covered under this policy will be reviewed individually and resolved at the company's discretion to ensure fairness for both the customer and the business.
